Born in DFW to immigrants himself, Solorzano understands the challenges met by those seeking quality Immigration representation and has succeeded in paving the path forward to achieve it for even the most complex of cases.
Specializations include family-based immigration, I-601A waivers, termination of removal proceedings, asylum, nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas, and EB-5 visas, Including representing plaintiffs in injury cases.
Mr. Solorzano is a member of the State Bar of California, the United States Federal District Court-Northern District of Texas, and the United States Federal District Court-Eastern District of Texas. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Santa Barbara County Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, California Bar Association, and Lawyers of Distinction.
Before law school, Giovanni attended and played Division 1 soccer at Southern Methodist University (SMU). Giovanni enjoys traveling, exploring diverse restaurants, jogging, and playing/watching soccer during his free time.
